How long are the shows?
   • TeamCraft™ shows runs between 2-3 hours.
   • Scavenger Hunt Limo Races run between 3-4+ hours - the hunt takes 3 hours plus meeting time before and after. There is a beverage and meal option afterward.
   • Start with a Laugh™ sketches run between 5-20 minutes, 10 minutes being the most popular.
   • American Homicidal, Let’s Outsource the Boss and Partners in Crime run approximately 2 hours.

How much does each show cost? Cost depends on the show, venue, food, group size etc. Please contact us or fill out the request for proposal form so that we can send your a descriptive proposal.

What are team builders?
Team builders have 4 key principles integrated into the performance:

Our team building performances will challenge your group, specifically, in the first two principles. Your team will help grow and maintain relationships through shared experience and the shared tasks of participating in the challenge and/or solving the mystery; they will also be invited to share their imagination in a safe, fun environment.

Can you mail me more information on the shows? Absolutely. Please contact us to let us know which show you are interested in and give us a physical shipping address. We will mail a packet of information on that show, our contact info and testimonials.

Does every show include a meal? Our murder mysteries are designed to perform around a three-course meal. However, we will customize each show for your specifications.

Can we choose our own menu? Yes. Depending on the venue chosen, we will be able to work with them and can help you choose a couple meal options for your guests.

Can we choose the location? Yes. Our main location is at the Marriott West in St. Louis Park on the intersection of 169 & 394. We also have developed a huge network of great locations over the years across the twin cities. Furthermore, we have also performed in boardrooms, restaurants, boats and even trains! You are free to pick any location providing that it works for space, electrical, food etc.

Can we personalize the show? Yes. That is what’s so great about interactive theater! We want to involve your guests and personalize the show as much as we can. Some we can do more than others, so please contact us to find the best show that fits your needs.

Can I bring my group to a general public show? Yes. Our general public show seats 50-60 guests. If your group exceeds that, we are happy to set up a private show.

How long have you been in business? We have been in business in the twin cities now for 20 years! Read our About page to learn more about The Mystery Café.

Who are your actors? We have the best and most experienced comedic actors in the twin cities. Bare none, period. We don’t use struggling actors; we hire professionals, many of whom have been with us for almost our entire 20 years in business.
