TeamCraft™ uses improvisational theatre games to introduce new styles of interpersonal collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking and team building to experience in their group, their work and their lives. Guests will explore their collective and individual imaginations through activities that involve creating phony circumstances and relationships, throwing in some high stakes, and making strong, detailed choices. These challenges involve the whole group, pairs, small teams, and solo efforts within teams.
It's the ultimate chance to learn by doing, to explore choices and outcomes, to practice for real life in a safe and fun environment, to take risks in a fictional world, and to succeed (and fail) confidently while laughing.
Our trained facilitators will lead workshops of from 20 to 200 participants. The workshop lasts from 2 to 3 hours, depending on size of group. We guarantee that people will leave happy and that this experience will stimulate creative thinking and incite an ongoing conversation about group dynamics.
