Mystery Café - Twin Cities' Original Interactive Comedy Dinner Theater
Opening October 9, 2015 at Majestic Oaks
Let's Kill the Boss!

We’ve been performing this show since 1992. Updated with new bits for a new decade, Let's Kill the Boss! is a hilarious spoof of the thing most us do for most of our lives – go to work. You’ll recognize the wacky corporate types haunting this performance, and laugh along with their antics. We have assembled an all-star cast of comedy veterans together for this run. These guys are an experienced whacky bunch, and no two shows are ever quite the same. So, whether you are looking for a great date idea, have a few friends or a large group, if you like to let loose and laugh it up, then this is a show you do not want to miss.

Let’s Kill The Boss! is what started it all! From the world premiere in the Twin Cities in 1992, Boss has since gone on to play in 40 states and 4 countries!

Opening December 4, 2015 at Majestic Oaks
(as of yet untitled)

You have seen Chase in Who Wants To Kill A Millionaire, The Art Of Murder, A Man In Pajamas, A Holiday Homicide, MRDR She Tweeted, Chase Taylor And The Temple of Idiots, and now a sixth (and final?) installment of the Chase Taylor series!

Back again at the beautiful Majestic Oaks Golf Club this fall for our 26th season in Minnesota, Chase will once again be jacket-flapping, cracking wise and flask-tipping his way through a brand new caper!  As always, you will see the familliar faces of our veteran crew of the Twin Cities best comedic actors playing multiple roles. Lee H. Adams has started the script and assures us that he is determined to double the amount of costume changes! "It's just not as much fun when those guys have enough time to change costumes", he said.

Opening December 4 at Park Plaza Bloomington
Let's Kill the Boss — Holiday Edition

We're thrilled to bring this Holiday version of the world's most beloved murdercomedymysterydinner extravaganza to Park Plaza Bloomington, conveniently and wonderfully located just 5 minutes from Mall of America!

Let's Kill the Boss is the show that started it all! We premiered it in the Twin Cities in 1992, and since then it has been performed locally for over a quarter million people, at over a hundred venues. This is the show that every other murder mystery dinner show is patterned after (whether they know it or not).

And now we have updated and re-written it into a Holiday Version!

You'll meet the same lovable characters; Larry Love, Marketing Whiz and company kiss up, his wife Lena Love, who may or may not be having an incredibly obvious affair with the boss. And speaking of the Boss--Anthony Margate, you'll meet him too! He's, um... a little, shall we say, different. Gus Lumpkin, the lovable unassuming security guard, will be your host for this hilariously funny romp through a company holiday party! As always at Mystery Café, You will be entertained by only the very best and most experienced Twin Cities comedic actors performing what Graydon Royce of the Star Tribune called "A highly entertaining and polished show."
